On the first day of summer, Thursday, April 23, 2026, the Children's Song Festival will be held in Hallgrímskirkja.

Children from children's and youth choirs in Iceland will perform there, along with their directors.

The festival concert will be held at 2:00 p.m.

Admission is free and all are welcome while space permits.

A festival photographer will be in the area.
